A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for all custom orders. Delivery services are available exclusively within New York City and North Jersey.

To reserve your order, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Once an invoice is issued, it will remain valid for 24 hours to secure availability.

What Happens Next

Once your order request is submitted, our team will review the details and confirm availability. If approved, you will receive:

• A custom invoice outlining your order

• A confirmation text with all order details

Your order is officially secured once the 50% non-refundable deposit is received. No designs or dates are held without confirmation.
