  • We recommend placing orders at least 48 hours in advance. Larger arrangements, custom designs, and event services may require additional notice.

  • Yes. All approved orders require a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure your reservation. Orders are confirmed only once payment is received.

  • We currently offer delivery within New York City and New Jersey only. Delivery and service fees are calculated based on location and added to your invoice.

  • All deposits are non-refundable. Due to the perishable nature of florals, payments cannot be refunded once an order is confirmed.

  • Same day or last minute requests are not guaranteed and may be subject to a rush fee if accepted.

  • Due to the delicate and perishable nature of our florals and custom wrapping, we are unable to offer replacements or refunds for damage occurring after the order has been delivered or picked up.
